Plug Valve Lock Overview

Plug valve lock LDV73 is a locking device that easily and effectively holds manual plug valves, with stem diameters ranging from 44mm to 54mm (1.75 to 2.125 in.)

  • The base of plug valve lock, once applied, remains in place and does not interfere with valve activation by wrench or removable handle;
  • Compact size, highly visible and easy to use;
  • Made of durable polypropylene PP, tamper-proof;
  • The operating temperature ranges from -31℃ to 93℃.

  • LDV71: 0.375″ (9.5mm) - 0.875″ (22mm) Max stem diameter
  • LDV72: 0.94″ (23.5mm) – 1.375″ (35mm) Max stem diameter
  • LDV73: 1.5″ (44mm) - 2.125″ (54mm) Max stem diameter
  • LDV74: 2.187″ (55.5mm) – 2.5″ (63.5mm) Max stem diameter
  • Note that these size variations are related to the maximum size of the entire stem. If the stem profile is square (usually for plug valves), measure on the diagonal of the stem.
