Circuit Breaker LOTO Useage

• Due to the different structure of circuit breaker LOTO, their installation and use methods are also different.
• Push button type: there are three types: pin in standard, pin out standard and pin out wide; For miniature circuit breakers with holes on both sides of the handle, without any tools, just press the button to insert the bottom two pins into two holes of the circuit breaker, and then fasten the safety padlock and lockout tag;
• Tie-rod type: suitable for single-pole and multi-pole circuit breakers; During installation, the safety lock of the circuit breaker can be firmly clamped on the pull rod simply by tightening the black self-screw screw and then inserting the safety padlock to prevent the clamping device from loosening;
• Screw type: the electrical breaker lockout card slot to the circuit breaker handle, then screw it with a screwdriver, make it firmly clamped on the handle, and then insert the safety padlock; It is also applicable to single-pole or multipole circuit breaker, there are applicable to distinguish between miniature circuit breaker and molded case circuit breaker;
• Self-screw-type: the same as the screw-type is stuck to the handle of the circuit breaker. Due to its self-screw-type head, it can be tightened without screwdriver;
• Clamp-on type: place the circuit breaker LOTO above the closing handle switch, make the black opening around the handle, bite the rocker from the bottom with small teeth; Rotate the screw wheel clockwise to fix the breaker lock on the rocker, and then insert the safety padlock. Usually used to lock single-pole molded case circuit breakers of various sizes;
• Snap-type: circuit breaker switches with holes in some special switch handles.
