Globe valve LOTO device deny entry and cover valve handle. The valve lockout has a unique hollow-out center suitable for rising stem valves.

• The equipment is made of extremely strong injection molded polypropylene with excellent impact and chemical resistance;
• Chinese and English hazard labels are available;
• Cover valve handle with globe valve lockout and use personal padlock and locking label to ensure employee safety;
• Padlock shackle with maximum diameter of 9.5mm is acceptable;
• Surround the valve handle to prevent accidental valve opening;
• For rising stem gate valves, center knock holes may be removed.

Globe Valve Lockout Usage

• 1. Close the gate valve; 2. Install the globe valve LOTO device around the gate valve handle and then merge; 3. Insert the safety padlock from the opening and lock it; 4. Ensure that the valve handle is properly sealed and cannot be operated again.
• Note: For handwheels with spindle (fire rising stem gate valve), access can be opened with pliers between the two halves of the globe valve lockout. (Not applicable to LDV11)
